Agreement and eligibility
These terms form an agreement between you and MONARCH SOLUTIONS SRL, the operator of Seosapient. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms and our privacy policy. If you use Seosapient for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for it. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate account information.
The service
Seosapient is an AI workspace for search marketing. It can analyze data from connected accounts, research search performance, help create content, and prepare supported changes to advertising or analytics settings. Features, connectors, plan limits, and prices shown in the product may change over time. Data supplied by third parties can be delayed, incomplete, or unavailable.
Research and draft recommendations are for your review. Supported changes to a connected Google Ads, Google Analytics, or Microsoft Ads account require approval of a specific proposal in the product before Seosapient submits them. You remain responsible for your account settings, campaign spending, content, and final business decisions.
Accounts and permissions
Keep your sign-in methods secure and promptly report unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for inviting only people who should access your workspace. You must have the right to connect each Google, Microsoft, or other third-party account and to authorize Seosapient to use it for the features you request. You can disconnect an account in the product or revoke access with the provider.
Plans and billing
Paid plans are subscriptions processed by Stripe. The checkout page shows the price, currency, taxes, billing interval, included usage, and any trial before you confirm. A trial, when offered, requires a payment method and lasts three days. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the paid subscription starts and renews automatically each month.
You can schedule cancellation from account billing. Access normally continues through the current paid period, or until the trial ends if you cancel during the trial. Usage allowances and credits follow the plan shown at purchase; unused amounts do not carry over unless the plan explicitly says otherwise. A plan change may alter the next charge or allowance as shown before confirmation.
Refund requests can be sent to support@seosapient.com. We will handle them under applicable law and any refund terms presented at checkout. Nothing here limits mandatory consumer rights.
Your content
You retain rights to the material you provide, subject to any third-party rights in it. You give us permission to host, process, and transmit that material only as needed to operate the service, provide requested AI features, secure the platform, and comply with law. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload content and use connected account data in your workspace. Our product, design, and software remain ours or our licensors'.
Acceptable use
You may not use Seosapient to:
- Break the law, infringe another person's rights, or submit data you are not allowed to use.
- Mislead others, send harmful content, or use connected accounts without authorization.
- Probe, disrupt, bypass limits on, or gain unauthorized access to the service or its providers.
- Resell or redistribute third-party data when its license or provider rules do not permit it.
We may restrict access when needed to investigate misuse, protect users or the service, comply with law, or respond to a material breach. We will give notice when reasonably possible.
AI and external services
AI generated answers and proposed changes may be inaccurate. Check important facts, budgets, targeting, and settings before relying on them or approving an action. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, conversions, advertising results, or revenue. External services such as Google, Microsoft, Stripe, and AI model providers have their own terms and may change or suspend their APIs. Their availability can affect Seosapient features.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available and secure, but cannot promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or results of decisions you make using AI output or third-party data. Our total liability for claims connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.
Ending your use
You may stop using Seosapient or cancel a subscription through account billing. You may request deletion of your account or workspace data at support@seosapient.com, subject to the retention described in our privacy policy. We may suspend or close an account for a material breach, security risk, or legal requirement. Ending access does not erase amounts already due or rights and duties that reasonably survive.
Law, changes, and contact
Romanian law governs these terms, subject to mandatory rights that apply where you live. Disputes are handled by the competent courts under applicable law. We may update these terms and will post the new date here, with further notice when required. Continued use after an update takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
